DRIVERS

' I get around round, I get around' Either self employed with a van, or without, we need drivers that live local and love good food, people and driving.These are casual positions

Role requirements:

Customer Service (this includes maintaining a friendly, tidy and professional appearance)
Product and industry knowledge
Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
Embracing Organic Empire values, policies and procedures
Being a supportive team member

Applicants must have a current manual driver’s licence and be committed to learning and professional development. You don't need industry experience, just confidence, initiative, enthusiasm, ambition.

PICKERS AND PACKERS

Our customers love good food, as do we, so it's important to have a team to help us maintain our commitment to superior quality and service, we are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our dedicated team of Pickers and Packers.

As a Picker and Packer, you will be trained in the accurate selection, consolidation and packing of store orders. Duties may include order selection, cleaning, despatch and receiving as required by operational and business needs.This role involves extensive manual handling.

Hours can vary from 3.30am-1.30pm. This is a casual position

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

Have some spare time, love to work out in the open??? Why not join us in growing some goodness in the world and volunteer on our farm, in exchange we will be happy to send you home with some organic goodness. Through your work you'll learn about organic farming processes, bio-dynamics and permaculture.
