DELIVERY INFO

We pride ourselves on delivering the best organic, sustainable and biodynamic produce, utilizing our own drivers and also externalizing deliveries with our couriers.

We deliver to certain regions and suburbs on particular days, this way its better for the environment. You don’t need to be home to receive our delivery, just let us know the safest place to leave your organics.  If you need delivery on another day, email us  or call us on and we will arrange something for you.

DELIVERY AREAS

Unfortunately we don’t service the whole of Victoria yet, so it’s important to check if we service your area now by using our postcode checker. If we don’t deliver to your area, email us with your details and we will let you know when we begin servicing your area. At the moment we service all of Metropolitan Melbourne, most of greater Melbourne too!

YOUR BOXES

All our deliveries are made using recycled polystyrene boxes; these keep the ambient temperature that they are packed at for at least 10 hours.

Please leave all your boxes out for collection on your next delivery day; your driver will pick them up so that they can be used re-used.

'A note on our boxes.  These polystyrene boxes are recycled and re-used, they start their lives with a farmer, who packs his produce (usually highly perishable items) in them to keep them cold... its at this stage that we intervene and stop them from becoming landfill.  So thank you, you have played a part in this too.  The truth of the matter is that polystyrene is not an environmentally friendly material and whilst we would never promote production of this, our farmers utilise it for transportation as the most effective manner to maintain freshness of your organic produce, so rather than destroy it, we re-use them.  An interesting bit of information is that now some recycling companies can recycle polystyrene too'.

If your delivery arrives via our courier service then unfortunately we cannot pick up your box, you may elect to have your delivery made in recycled cardboard boxes.
