1 cup raw organic almonds
1 cup raw organic hazelnut meal
1 cup organic sunflower seeds
1 cup organic dessicated coconut
1 cup chopped organic walnuts
1 cup organic sultana's.
Place almonds in a blender and whiz for a couple of seconds, or mix to a fine grind if preferred.
Mix all nuts, together.
COOKED VERSION
At this stage you can toss in 1/2 cup of organic honey and place on a baking tray for 10 mins and bake at 180. Allow to cool, store in an airtight container
RAW VERSION
Store in airtight container.
SERVE with nut milk, yoghurt or freshly squeezed juice.
