250 grams fresh tender dandelion leaves
125grams fresh goats cheese
1/2 cup organic walnuts, fresh
3 tbs extra virgin organic olive oil
2 tbs white organic balsamic
Rinse dandelion, and combine with walnuts.
Whist together oil and vinegar. Drizzle on salad
Then add crumbled goats cheese and toss.
Serve immediately.
