3 local, unsprayed unwaxed granny smith apples
1 tsp organic cinnamon
4 tbs organic oats
3 tbs organic sultanas
2 tbs organic dessicated coconut
1/2 cup organic soy milk
Chop apples into 2cm cubes. Place in a small pot and cover with water add cinnamon. Simmer for 4 minutes, then add oats and stir through. Cook for a further minutes. Remove from heat.
Distribute apple mix between two bowls, place a tablespoon of sultanas and coconut on each, then drizzle wth soy milk. Enjoy
