FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE BROWNIE


Ingredients:

 

250g organic butter, cubed

200g organic Good quality dark chocolate, at least 62% – 70% cocoa solids, chopped 

1/2  cup organic raw sugar

1/2 cup organic brown sugar

⅛ teaspoon Fine grain sea salt

3 teaspoons organic Pure vanilla extract

3 Organic Free Range Eggs, beaten

1 ¾ cups organic Almond meal, passed through a sieve

1 cup chopped  organic walnuts


Description:

Preheat oven to 180 and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Place butter and chocolate in a pot, turn on low heat, and stir until melted. Remove from the heat.  Allow to cool for 2 mins, then add in sugars and salt.  Allow to cool for a further 5 mins, then whisk in the eggs till combined.

Then stir through the almond meal.  Once combined add the walnuts.  Spread evenly in a baking tray.  

Place in oven and bake for around 25 mins.  Don't bother trying to test with a knife, brownies are sticky by nature and so the knife will come out dirty.

Remove from oven- allow to cool and while its still lukewarm cut into slices.  ENJOY
