BASIC GREEN SMOOTHIE


Ingredients:

Green smoothie's are such a brilliant way to intake so many essential nutrients, and a great alkaliser so quickly and deliciously. Made famous by Ann Wigmore, and featured everyhwhere, you are only limited by your imagination.  To get you started, a basic smoothie recipe.

1  organic banana- ripe

Handful of organic baby spinach

Handful of organic crimson grapes

1 glass filtered water

 

 

 

Bearing in mind you can do any variation , with a great combination being the banana as a base, mixed with seasonal fruits and your greens of choice.
