SUNNY ZUCCHINI HUMMUS


Ingredients:

2 zucchini (chopped into chunks)
½ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup sunflower seeds
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp sea salt


Description:

 

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with pita bread and sweet potato sticks.
