50grams Organic pitted dates,
50grams Organic figs,
50grams Organic sunflower/pumpkin seeds,
50grams Organic pecan nuts,
1 tbsp Organic unhulled Tahini,
1 tsp Organic lemon rind,
Organic shredded coconut to roll
In a blender process dates, figs, seeds and pecans until a crumbly consistency. Add Tahini and lemon rind and
further blend until properly combined. Use a teaspoon as a measure a roll each spoonful into small balls. The mixture
should appear quite oily to touch. Roll and press each ball into the shredded coconut and place them in the fridge for 2+
hours to set. Enjoy! (Makes approx. 12)
