DATE AND PISTACHIO TRUFFLES


Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted organic pistachios

1 1/2 cups organic medjool dates pitted

1 tsp organic orange blossom water

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 cup extra pistachio's


Description:

Place all pistachio's in the blender and grind, take out half the pistachio's when a thick grind has been achieved.

Leave the rest in the blender, add the dates,orange water and cinnamon.  Blend till combined.

Then take a small ball in your hand and roll till a ball forms, .  Roll in extra pistachio's .  Enjoy.
