Ok so this recipe is so easy to make and you can make it with gluten free flour too. This was given to me by an amazing Chef Mandy. Who makes the most amazing little pizza's out of this dough.
100 ml hot water
1 tsp dry yeast
1/2 tbs organic honey
125g organic flour-spelt or gluten free
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs organic extra virgin olive oli
Mix the water with the honey and yeast in a jug and allow to sit.
In a food processor, place the salt, semolina and flour, with the motor on gradually add oil then the yeast/water mix in a steady stream.
When the dough has formed, remove from blender and roll on the bench for a couple of minutes.
Then oil a large bowl, place dough inside and cover with a damp tea towel. Place in a warm spot until the dough has doubled in size.
Knock the dough back, knead again for a couple of minutes, then roll out and use.
Can make small pizza's, then take dough in small balls and roll out.
Cover with your favourite vegetables, cheese if you like and enjoy with a salad
