½ cup organic rolled oats
¼ cup fresh apple juice
¼ cup organic yoghurt (sugar free is best)
handful organic sultanas
a sprinkling of ground organic cinnamon
1/4 organic Granny Smith apple, grated (skin on) to serve or organic banana
Organic Seasonal berries and chopped organic almonds.
To serve, stir in the grated apple and yoghurt, put into a bowl and garnish with berries and crispy almonds
