RAW GINGER, LEMON AND HONEY TONIC


Ingredients:

1 cup freshly squeezed organic lemon juice

3 cups warm filtered water

1/4 cup raw organic honey

1 small knob of organic ginger juiced, around 100g


Description:

Mix all together and place in a jug, serve with ice and a little more cool water.  You can keep this in the fridge and use as a cordial.  You can also add more honey if you want something a little sweeter.

 

NB you can also place all ingredients in blender without juicing and just blend and then serve.

 

This tonic is high in Vitamin C, antibacterial and alkalising, as well as being warming, promoting better digestion, anti-inflammatory, great for nausea, lowers cholesterol, possess strong anti cancer properties. 

TO SOOTHE A SORE THROUGH SERVE WITH HOT WATER.
