Pumpkin seeds
Remove pumpkin seeds from the pumpkins inner cavity and wipe to remove the excess pulp. Spread out on a single layer of mesh ( we use a sieve), place on the windowsill and leave to dry for a week or so. To enjoy, peel back white outer coating with teeth and enjoy the 'pepita' inside.
