8 Organic zucchini
Organic Extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
Himalayan/Macrobiotic salt
Organic Rosemary to serve
Cut off the ends of the zucchini, then slice the zucchini legnthways. In a bowl place 2 tbs olive oil and season with salt and pepper, add zucchini and toss to coat.
Place a char grill pan on high heat and cook for 1-11/2 minutes until lightly charred but not cooked through.
Serve on an antipasto platter
