2 cups of organic apricots
2 cups of organic summer berries
2 cups organic greek yoghurt/ raw coconut yoghurt
Agave/honey to taste
Place organic apricots in a blender. Blend till combined. Put aside.
Place berries in a blender, pulse till combined.
Sweeten yoghurt with honey or agave as desired.
Layer in glasses using the apricot as a base, then add a little berry mix to yoghurt and layer, completing with the berries. Serve.
NB. Yogurt can be replaced with marscopone cream
