3/4 cup raw organic sugar
1 cup filtered water
1 cup organic lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3-4 cups water to dilute, cold.
Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan till the sugar is dissolved. Take off heat and allow to cool
Place cooled sugar mixture in a jug, add lemon juice and add water to dilute to desired strength. Place in the fridge for around 45 mins.
You can add more lemon juice to take away sweetness.
Serve in jars with lemon and lime slices and ice. ENJOY
