1/4 organic cabbage
1 organic fancy green lettuce
1 organic carrot
3 stalks organic celery
2 organic lebanese cucumber
OPTIONAL
* Organic Mayonnaise, Organic Sesame Seeds, Organic Coriander, Organic Beansprouts, Organic Parsley, Organic Apple, Organic Sweet Chilli Sauce
Finely shred cabbage, carrot celery and cucumber.
Wash fancy lettuce leaves, and place a small handful of shredded vegetables in the centre and roll from the bottom.
Can dip in mayonnaise or any other sauce.
These are great for party food, kids lunch boxes, lunch or a snack.
