5 organic potatoes-sebago/nicola
3 organic tomatoes, chopped
dried organic oregano
organic extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
salt to taste
Peel potatoes and chop into 8’s or 16's depending on size. Cover with water and boil until tender, drain.
Place in a bowl with tomatoes.
Sprinkle generously with olive oil, and season with salt and oregano.
