RAW COCONUT YOGHURT


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups young thai coconut pulp

1 1/2 cups young coconut water

1 tsp probiotic powder


Description:

Place only 1 cup coconut water in a blender, slowly adding pulp and probiotic powder.  If the mixture is quite thick add the extra 1/2 cup.  Process till smooth.   

Once combined and smooth, place in a glass bowl and cover with a teatowel.  Place somewhere warm, leaving it there for around 5-12 hours, depending on how tangy you prefer it.  You will know when its ready, because it increases in volume.   This is the incubation period.

Then cover with wrap or place in a glass jar and refridgerate.  Enjoy with everything
