SALT AND VINEGAR ALMONDS


Ingredients:

2 cups raw organic almonds

4 tablespoons Organic Apple Cider vinegar

3 tbs macrobiotic sea salt


Description:

Soak almonds in cold water for 8-12 hours. Rinse.

Place in a bowl, add salt and vinegar and dehydrate till complete.  Depending on your dehdrator this can take anywhere from 3 hours to 10hours.  

You can also dry in an oven on the lowest setting with the oven door open.

 

These are delicious.
